Garlic Butter Mixture

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Garnish

Instructions

  • Prep the Potatoes
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the baby potatoes, then cut them into halves or quarters depending on size.
