Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are buttery, cheesy, and packed with juicy beef, all wrapped in soft biscuit dough and coated with a rich garlic parmesan butter. Perfect for a quick dinner, party appetizer, or snack!

Ingredients

Scale

Cheeseburger Filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Garlic Parmesan Topping

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef Mixture – In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, and mustard. Let it cool slightly.

2. Prepare the Dough – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, then top with a piece of cheddar cheese.

3. Seal the Bombs – Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal. Place them seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Bake to Perfection – Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Add the Garlic Parmesan Topping – While baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over the warm cheeseburger bombs after baking. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake an additional 2 minutes.
Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor twist.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in an oven or air fryer for the best texture.
