Ingredients:

  • 14.3 oz Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz white candy melts or white almond bark
  • 2 tbsp red and blue sanding sugar or festive star sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Pulse the entire 14.3 oz package of Oreo cookies in a food processor until they reach the texture of fine sand with no large chunks remaining.
  2. Add the 8 oz of softened cream cheese in four chunks and pulse again until the mixture forms a cohesive, heavy dough ball.
  3. Portion the dough into 1-inch rounds using a small scoop, roll between palms until smooth, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffle spheres for at least 30 minutes to ensure they are firm enough for dipping.
  5. Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Dip chilled balls into the coating, remove excess by tapping the fork, and immediately top with red and blue sprinkles.
