Instructions:
- Pulse the entire 14.3 oz package of Oreo cookies in a food processor until they reach the texture of fine sand with no large chunks remaining.
- Add the 8 oz of softened cream cheese in four chunks and pulse again until the mixture forms a cohesive, heavy dough ball.
- Portion the dough into 1-inch rounds using a small scoop, roll between palms until smooth, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffle spheres for at least 30 minutes to ensure they are firm enough for dipping.
- Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Dip chilled balls into the coating, remove excess by tapping the fork, and immediately top with red and blue sprinkles.
