Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) fresh broccoli florets, cut into equal sizes
- 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp (3g) garlic powder
- ½ tsp (3g) kosher salt
- ¼ tsp (1g) black pepper
- 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Wash the broccoli and pat it completely dry with a paper towel to prevent steaming. Cut florets into uniform, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until every piece is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are deep mahogany brown and charred.
- Remove from the air fryer and toss immediately with fresh lemon juice.
