Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Pour the 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 1 tbsp sugar into your mixing bowl.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously for 60 seconds until the sugar has completely dissolved and the sauce looks glossy. Note: This is the most important part for texture.
- Add the 1/4 cup Greek yogurt to the bowl.
- Whisk again for about 30 seconds until the yogurt is fully integrated and no white streaks remain.
- Fold in the 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp celery seed, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Continue whisking for another minute until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the cream.
- Pour the finished Coleslaw Dressing over your chilled cabbage and carrot mix.
- Use a rubber spatula to fold the dressing in gently until every shred is coated. Note: Avoid over mixing to keep the cabbage from bruising.
