Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp onion powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely minced
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded sharp cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is a uniform, pale orange color.
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Use your hands to gently mold the cheese into a tight, smooth sphere.
- Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure the shape and place the ball in the refrigerator for 60 minutes until firm to the touch.
- Spread the chopped pecans and minced parsley on a flat plate.
- Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it across the nut mixture, pressing gently so the pecans embed into the surface until the entire sphere is completely covered.
